Neisas Himiko Follower 1.4 English

First, this is just a translation of Morika's Neisas follower/companion MOD that you can find here.

Features and Location:
- She is in Riverwood, Sleeping Giant Inn.
- Nord race, 7B body with BBP/HDT support.
- She is a "Tank" fighter, that likes to use sword and shield first, bow and arrow second; she has also a good magic resistence.
- She will level with you, level 100 Max. She comes with a custom armor (savior's hide model).

Future Plans:
- Give her a Mage sister (oh, the cliché...) based on morika´s Cerwiden replacer, but his time as a standalone non-replacer version. This should be done within a week if permissions granted.
- Fix reported bugs and be updated with Morika's changes.
- Add a small quest to find her/both sisters in a prision or a dungeon, so you have to fight your way to get them. Complex, custom voiced quests are way out of my league. This could take a while anyway as I have to research first how to do it.
